For inquiries about enrollment and the schedule of fees: email to jhs.registrar@addu.edu.ph and/or text the Registrar’s Office Mobile No. (+63) 945 604 0255.

1. PRE-REGISTER: If you have not pre-registered yet, please answer the form in this link: LINK

2. Fill in and submit the Online Summer Enrollment Form. See TAB above.

3. The Assistant Principal for Administration’s Office will notify via email the applicant for payment instructions and available online payment modes. Available Modes of Payment:

After payment verification by the FINANCE OFFICE, your named will automatically be tagged as ENROLLED.
