School Uniform

All students must wear the prescribed school uniform (blouse and skirt for girls, polo and khaki pants for boys, with black shoes and white socks) starting Monday, September 2, 2024.

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)

In line with the continued promotion of the welfare and safety of your children, the student’s RFID will be used upon entering and leaving the school campus. Turnstiles are provided at the inner Gate 12 entrance and exit. Upon tapping the RFID on the scanner, a text message/notification is delivered to the emergency cellphone contact numbers found at the back of the student’s RFID, informing the parent/guardian that the student is already inside the school campus or has already left.

Hence, tapping the RFID card at Gate 12 upon entering and leaving the school is necessary. The parent/guardian will also receive important school information/announcements broadcast through the RFID system. To receive a message and information through the RFID system, you need to install the Skooltech app and register the active emergency cellphone contact numbers on the RFID’s back. If the written emergency contact numbers are inactive, please inform the class moderator through your child/ward and submit the active contact numbers for updating.

Currently, old students can still use the RFIDs issued last school year. Stickers on the student’s section and current SY 2024-2025 will be issued later. A separate letter from the Prefect of Discipline specifies details about scheduled picture-taking for Grade 7 and transfer students.

Should you have concerns about the schedule and other school matters, kindly contact us through jhs.discipline@addu.edu.ph or the office telephone number 299-2404 (trunkline) local (4322).

Special Permit for Gate 14

For students to be allowed to enter and exit the campus through Gate 14, parents must submit a letter request to the office of the Asst. Principal for Administration for the special permit to be issued.
