Online JHS Enrollment Guidelines

for SY 2020-2021

Enrollment is on-going! Enrollment Period: April 6-June 30, 2020

Easy Enrollment Procedures:

For Old Students – incoming Grades 8, 9, & 10

STEP 1. Inquire about enrollment through help desk

Contact the given administative associates through call/text or CLICK ME to visit Google Hangouts.

STEP 2. Wait for Registrar’s Email and Pay Online

A) Students who are cleared (clearance includes finance):

– The Registrar’s Office will notify the applicant via email to proceed with the enrollment by paying using any of the available online payment modes. Available Modes of Payment: CLICK HERE

B) Students not cleared:

i. The registrar will email the applicant to fill out the Conditional Enrollment Agreement and Waiver (CEA&W). This states that students and parents/guardian agree to meet all clearance requirements once the situation of the country goes back to normal. Email back the filled CEAW to the Registrar asap.

ii. The Registrar’s Office will notify via email the applicant to proceed with the enrollment by paying using any of the available online payment modes. Available Modes of Payment: CLICK HERE

 

For Incoming Grade 7 & Transferee Filipino/Foreign Students 

STEP 1. Inquire about enrollment through help desk

Contact the given administative associates through call or CLICK ME to visit Google Hangouts.

STEP 2. Send requirements via email.

Subject Line: ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR [STUDENT’S NAME] SY 2020-2021

Requirements:

1. Clear photo or Scanned Copy of Latest Availabe Report Card/Transcript of Records

2. Clear photo or Scanned Copy of Birth Certificate

3. Notice of Acceptance (NOA) – (may obtain from Admissions, Aid, and Alumni Office – Email jhs.a4hs@addu.edu.ph or call 09456040265)

Other Requirements for New Foreign Students & Filipino Students with Non-Philippine Passport Only (to follow when all operations are back to normal):

1. Special Study Permit (SSP) – may be processed when Bureau of Immigration resumes issuing this.

SSP Requirements:

a. Duly accomplished Consolidated General Application Form (BI Form CGAF-003-Rev1)
b. Scanned or clear photo of applicant’s and parents’ passports* (bio-page, admission & authorized stay)
For Filipino guardian: authorization letter from parents
For Foreign guardian: passport and authorization letter from parent *Exempted: 9G Visa, SRRV, and SIRV holders

STEP 3. Wait for Registrar’s Email

The Registrar’s Office sends the student an email and/or a text message informing the latter to fill the Online Registration Form and Conditional Enrollment Agreement & Waiver (CEA&W). A link to access the online form and CEA&W PDF file will be included in the email message. Email it back to registrar ASAP.

STEP 4. Pay Online

The Registrar’s Office will notify via email the applicant to proceed with the enrollment by paying using any of the available online payment modes. Available Modes of Payment: CLICK HERE

  • After payment verification by the FINANCE OFFICE in 2-3 working days, student will automatically be tagged as ENROLLED.
  • For faster tagging, you may email a clear photo/scanned copy of your proof of payment to jhs.registrar@addu.edu.ph with subject Line: PROOF OF ENROLLMENT PAYMENT OF [STUDENT NAME]
