2. After receiving your Admissions Notice of Acceptance (NOA), proceed with onsite enrollment at the Enrollment Center. Bring your requirements.

IMPORTANT: The student must be PRESENT for a Wellness Interview and ID-picture taking.

2. Original PSA Birth Certificate

3. Good Moral Certificate or alternative certification

  • Request letter to Director of BI, with statement that all documents submitted were legally obtained.
  • Duly accomplished Consolidated General Application Form (BI Form CGAF-003-Rev1) signed by parent/legal guardian 
  • Photocopy of the applicant’s and  parent’s/guardian’s passports (bio-page, admission and authorized stay)
  • For renewal/extension of SSP, photocopy of ACR I-Card (front and back portion)
  • DepEd Certificate of Rating from school or any alternative official document stating promotion of application (if no Form 138 or official TOR available)

Official tuition and fees are announced at the start of enrollment. For families considering ADDU–JHS, estimated annual costs range from ₱142,000–₱150,000, with a typical yearly adjustment of about 5–7% in tuition and/or miscellaneous fees.

A 10% down payment is required to confirm enrollment, with a flexible down payment option also available. Payment options include full, monthly, or quarterly plans, with discounts offered for full payment and siblings.
